Rachel Rondeau 

Co-founder/coach

Rachel is a fitness coach with a BS of Exercise Science from Colby-Sawyer College and also Certified as a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner from the Nutrition Therapy Institute. Since 2010, Rachel has been coaching clients in both exercise, nutrition and lifestyle practices.

Her motivation to be “chronically well” stems from being diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and PSC (a liver disease) in her early 20’s. Her goal is to continue to support her health the best she can in order to full-fill her life long dreams of traveling of the world, conquering mountain tops and thru hiking the Pacific Crest Trail.

When Rachel’s not in the studio, she likes to cook at home or post up at her favorite restaurant, enjoy the outdoors with her husband and dog and is always on the hunt for the best Matcha Lattes.
