Future Fit “Commit” Memberships

In addition to saving you ample amounts of time and providing quick, long lasting results, some of the most valuable benefits of our ARX Strength Training programs is the increase in accountability and motivation.

We created our Commit Memberships with these two factors in mind. We want you to stay committed to yourself and your health.

The Commit Membership will keep you on track, accountable and motivated over a long period time so that you can feel and see the results you’re looking for.

How we keep you accountable

  • 1:1 support from a coach

    • Each session you receive plenty of support, guidance and motivation with little programming effort on your part. Just show up and let us do the planning for you!

  • Time commitment you can manage

    • 20 minutes, once a week is a lot easier to find that 30-60 minutes multiple days per week. Training 1x per week, you’re only spending about 80 minutes a month of your time!

  • Appointment Registration

    • Sign up for your training sessions ahead of time so you have it on the calendar! People are less likely to back out of a pre-registered appointment, especially when they know another person has the expectation that they’ll show up.


3 Month Commitments

  • Commit 3 - 4 Session Monthly Membership = $162

    • Includes 4 training sessions per month

  • Commit 3 - 8 Session Monthly Membership = $324

    • Includes 8 training sessions per month

6 Month Commitments

  • Commit 6 - 4 Session Monthly Membership = $153

    • Included 4 training sessions per month

  • Commit 6 - 8 Session Monthly Membership = $306

    • Includes 8 training sessions per month

12 Month Commitments

  • Commit 12 - 4 Session Monthly Membership = $144

    • Includes 4 training sessions per month

  • Commit 12 - 8 Session Monthly Membership = $288

    • Includes 8 training sessions per month


Choosing a membership

With Commit Memberships, you can choose from a 3, 6 or 12 month commitment, with the option of 4 or 8 training sessions per month.

If you’re looking to train 1x per week, then a 4 Session Monthly Membership is what you’re looking for.

If you’re looking to train 2x per week or share a membership with a partner, then a 8 Session Monthly Membership is ideal for you.

Monthly sessions roll-over for up to 45 days so if you have to miss a week, don’t sweat it, you’ll be able to make up an extra session.
