What is an ARX Workout Like?

This super efficient workout features 20 minutes of exercises using both machines. One of our coaches will assist you through your session to ensure proper technique and provide a truly personalized experience. Every ARX session also includes the use of our Bulletproof Vibe Plate for warm-up and cool down.

Accomplished only through this ground breaking technology, you will get a complete, intense, full body workout in less than 20 minutes. Using ARX, we recommend training every 4-7 days (1-2x per week).

High Altitude Trainer/Oxygen Therapy

In our studio we utilize a system called LiveO2, which allows us switch between both increased and decreased concentrations of oxygen while exercising. It’s as if you’re able to exercise at normal altitude and then with one flip of a switch, be on a high mountain top in Colorado.

Using LiveO2 restores normal blood flow to tissues and in just moments, cells switch back to oxygen metabolism. Most LiveO2 users feel increased energy, alertness and an improved sense of well- being after their first LiveO2 session. The benefits of LiveO2 are cumulative and the effects from even a single session can last for days.

Our Oxygen Therapy sessions at Future Fit are mostly commonly used to increase endurance and stamina, decrease inflammation, detox, relieve joint or muscle pain/soreness, improve energy levels and relieve brain fog.
